See what people are saying about CYB...

Ben Stacy

 Parent / Boat Captain

"Cincinnati Youth Bass was far more than a fishing club for our son. While he went for the fishing, he left with life long friendships. He turns 20 this year and some of his very best friends are still from his time in CYB. Can't say enough about the dedication the Burgess family has shown to this club. You simply won't find another youth fishing organization like it."

Bill Sess

Boat Captain

"I enjoy fishing with Cincinnati Youth Bass anglers as they are all courteous and fun to wish with!

P.S. I also learned a few secrets from them."

Dylan Behrmann

Former Member

"CYB has made a really big impact on my life by joining the team, and it really got me into tournament fishing. CYB is not just a bass fishing team, it is a family and everyone on the team: parents, the kids, everyone are all amazing! I am really thankful for John and Tasha Burgess for accepting me onto the team and completing the goals every kid that fishes has ever had!"

Alex Redwine

Former Member

"I was a member of Cincinnati Youth Bass from the beginning (2011-2017) where friendship turns more info feeling like family in this group. There is not a better group of people and a pathway for youth anglers wanting to progress their skills in life and as an angler. Being surrounded by other anglers my age, with the same passion for the outdoors, followed by adult mentors and boat captains helped mold me into the man and outdoorsman I am today."
